The COMPASS True North Retreat is designed as an intensive weekend retreat for a pastor and spouse to focus on their personal financial situation. It can be challenging for ministers to set aside the time for a three-day retreat, however, their time is well spent in addressing issues of debt, lack of savings, and budgeting. Although the weekend setting is ideal, two-day and one-day schedules are also included if your circumstances require a shorter retreat schedule.
