You are a member in good standing in a Church of the Nazarene in the United States or Canada.

You have connected with your DS and he/she is supportive of you serving as a COMPASS Coach.

You agree to participate in a 90-minute Financial Education event led by the COMPASS Executive Director, fully understand and become competent in communicating the COMPASS 2.0 program system being delivered to Nazarene pastors.

You agree to send your resume, including your Finance experience background to the COMPASS Office, go through our Coach interview and training process and participate in our occasional on- line coach’s meetings.
