Dr. Stan Reeder is the Regional Director for the USA/Canada region of the Church of the Nazarene.
Dr. Larry McKain is the COMPASS Executive Marketing Consultant. He is the District Superintendent of the Chicago Central District, with over 42 years of pastoral leadership.
Jolyne Bartley is the Administrative Manager for The COMPASS Initiative. She is married to David, a minister, and they reside in Northwest Indiana with their 4 growing kids.
Aubri Dreier is the office assistant for The COMPASS Initiative. She lives in central Ohio with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
Randy retired after 44 years of full-time ministry and is a student of finance and investment with a heart for the financial well-being of pastors. He and his wife, Nancy, serve as the Trevecca Field Coordinators for COMPASS. They work with district superintendents to host True North Retreats, and assist pastors in registering for the COMPASS Journey program.
Nancy has been a district lay leader, a travel agent for mission trips, and a Press-Publicity-Event Coordinator for Benson Music Company. Most recently she served in the Office of Spiritual Development at Olivet. Nancy serves with her husband, Randy, as the Trevecca Field Coordinators for COMPASS. They work with district superintendents to host True North Retreats, and assist pastors in registering for the COMPASS Journey program.
Doug has pastored in Kansas, Texas, and in Mundelein, IL for the last 18 years. On the Chicago Central District, he serves on the DAB, works with the Endowment Fund, and is involved with Ministerial Preparation. Doug serves COMPASS as the Olivet Field Coordinator, working with district superintendents to host True North Retreats and assisting pastors in registering for the COMPASS Journey program.
John is the Nazarene National Korean Coordinator, the Korean Language Coordinator on the L.A. District, a multi-cultural church planter, and the Point Loma field coordinator and South West Coach for COMPASS. John’s passion to empower Korean leaders in the area of financial stewardship drives him to translate financial educational material into Korean and to assist pastors in registering for the COMPASS Journey.
Hector is an associate pastor at the Chicago First Spanish Church of the Nazarene and COMPASS Coach. He is translating COMPASS materials for fellow pastors, and assists Spanish speaking pastors in accessing the COMPASS Journey program.
Jay is a licensed clinical psychologist at the Hope Community Counseling Center in Graniteville, South Carolina. A dedicated member of the Church of the Nazarene, he serves on the South Carolina DAB and is the Director of the Center for Pastoral Health of Trevecca Nazarene University. Jay’s passion for pastoral health led him to COMPASS where he serves as a COMPASS District Coach assisting pastors with engaging in the COMPASS Journey and True North Retreats.
Mark is a retired Certified Financial Planner, a health coach, and a Nazarene church planter in Tennessee. He feels strongly that ministers’ financial well-being and money management skills are critical for their effectiveness and sustainability in ministry. Mark is also a COMPASS Coach who helps pastors engage in the COMPASS Initiative programs.
Rob served as a pastor, church planter, and district superintendent.
