Is your pastor participating in a COMPASS Initiative program that offers a matching grant?
The COMPASS Initiative will disburse a grant to your minister upon completion of the COMPASS Journey or the COMPASS Quest program. We will match the grant that you, the local church, gives to your pastor. These grants must be used for debt reduction or as a contribution to the minister’s 403(b) retirement account or RRSP.
