The MEF provides matching grants for Nazarene pastors and is the general COMPASS fund we use resourcing pastors and local churches. We are committed to resourcing holistic health and financial freedom for every pastor on every district.
Every COMPASS program is designed to be a cooperative effort. Every dollar you give to the Ministerial Excellence Fund always becomes a matching grant, resourcing holistic health and financial freedom.
Lilly Endowment was actively involved in funding COMPASS 1.0. We are currently working on a COMPASS 3.0 Lilly proposal.
COMPASS partners with both the local church and districts, to serve the pastor and church with matching monies and programs delivered with excellence.
