Dr. McKain, in partnership with a number of other Nazarene leaders throughout the church, has begun working on COMPASS 3.0. This is an initiative that we believe may emerge in partnership with Lilly Endowment. COMPASS 3.0 is designed to address Nazarene pastor’s mental, emotional and physical and financial wellness.
While we do not yet know what the total dollar figure will be in COMPASS 3.0, our hope is that COMPASS 3.0 will become a multi-million dollar project to benefit hundreds of Nazarene pastors. We ask for your prayers as the COMPASS Leadership Team works to expand the COMPASS brand from COMPASS 1.0 and 2.0 into 3.0.
